Beginning as a part-time vision alongside his career as a broker, Harrison exited the spot-the-ball competition platform, Watchlotto.com, at the age of 22 with a Section 21 approved valuation of £11.25 million.
Originally entering the blockchain space in 2017, Harrison Gwinnett returned to build an identity solution using avatars. Despite raising over $3 million, the venture faced a major setback in September 2023 when a market maker maliciously extracted all liquidity, causing a public scandal and a loss of over $5 million before the idea could be realised.
Following the major setback in his previous venture, Harrison Gwinnett co-founded TGE Ventures with Harry Lewis to help founders avoid the same bad actors he encountered. TGE Ventures now focuses on educating, advising, investing, while building a crypto-focused hybrid investment bank, empowering innovators across the Web3 and blockchain space.
In addition to leading TGE Ventures, Harrison Gwinnett is passionate about supporting young entrepreneurs. He leverages his personal brand to provide educational content through YouTube, social media, and private courses. Through these platforms, he shares the insights and lessons he wishes he had known earlier in his journey, empowering aspiring founders to navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
